Meditation and Mindfulness was recommended to me in 2016 as a method to harmonize my autonomic nervous system. This guidance set in motion a transformation that would be life changing.
It has been a journey that has guided me to my true sense of self.
Having a strong sense of self is vital for our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
